We have used Preferred Pest Control for almost 25 years and are quick to recommend Santiago and his team to family and friends. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. When we moved to our new house Santiago did an evaluation and treatment prior to our moving in and then continued our services as before. Over the years PPC has helped us with all our needs, large and small. I highly recommend them!

Santiago, the owner of the company, has been my provider of pest control services for over 20 years. I highly recommend this company. They only spray outside the foundations of my house, unless there is a problem inside, and I like this and it's effective. These people are professional, friendly, courteous, prompt and trustworthy. It's a family business and their customer service is excellent.
