I I had the pleasure of working with Maxine, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The way she treated me always felt like a mother—kind, caring, and supportive. She treats her employees like family, with genuine respect, trust, and constant motivation. We have been utilizing Maxine and her awesome staff since Jan 2020. They staff have been fabulous with helping my grandfather who has Dementia, Her patience and understanding of dementia is excellent. She has ensured that the highest safety protocols have been followed during the pandemic. She is passionate about her job and helping people and it shows thru her staff as well. The past year has been challenging on many levels and Preferred Personal Care has made life a lot easier for this caregiver!
