It's such a shame this company basically has a monopoly on parking in Charlotte. The lots are trash and over priced, the customer service is abysmal, and the website looks like it was made from a word document created in 1997. They are a predatory company that makes it insanely difficult to work with them, then they charge fees if you fail to jump through the hoops that they create in a timely manner. I would not recommend this company. I got an $85 ticket because when you put your info in it ask for your license #. So I put the 4 digit # in. My tag also says Iraq Veteran and has a vertical IV unlike the horizontal #’s, so they gave me a ticket because I left the IV out. When I called Spot hero they told me it would be voided but days later I received an email that said it could not be. Preferred parking company has yet to respond to my emails.
