Overcharged twice for parking. Sketchy business practices. Best advice for hourly parking … verify hourly rates before parking, make copy of ticket and be prepared to appeal charges onsite. Location was the Church street garage. Seems like a problem spot with numerous unresolved issues.
Parked my motorcycle along with my wife’s motorcycle in the same parking spot. Paid the $15 for the spot. We grabbed dinner and then left. A week later we get a parking ticket in the mail. It states that we didn’t pay. We parked both motorcycles in the same parking spot. Why would we use another whole spot that a car could use. Let me tell you about Preferred parking, Firstly, I used to work security for multiple Preferred Parking garages and would do random checks on them in the night, YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE BROKEN INTO. Please understand, this is a common issue at every Preferred Parking site and they do nothing about it, and the people who break into the cars and know this as well and nothing will ever be done about, simply because they do noy care.
