Caused a traffic jam inside in immense heat making it even hotter during an event, because they needed to scan everyones tickets. We where parked for nearly 1 hour and a half before getting out. They need more people out to scan tickets during events, especially in this heat.
The parking was plenty
Much as they charge for parking, you would think they’d at least have cameras to protect our vehicles. Yesterday I discovered my car had been broken into—right there in broad daylight while I was at work. For $20 a day, the least they could do is provide real security so customers feel safe. But no… this company seems more focused on collecting money than protecting the people who pay it.
