I was parked in a visitor parking spot that said four hour visitor parking for Central Piedmont community college library when I return to my car after an hour of parking I had a ticket for $15. This ticket was not valid because I am not a student or faculty, and it had on it written no faculty or student parking. Poor customer service spoke with 2 different reps both rude at hell not helpful don't even bother trying to contact them for any help
The day of my parking, in which you close the lot the day prior, and thus I could not park, NO ONE would answer the phone. I was left stranded with a large van and NO where to park in the city on 4th of July. I had business I need to perform. I had to pay more to park and took hours to find. You will not reimburse me for my loses instead gave me a worthless credit for a service we cannot EVER use again. Horrific service. No one should ever prepay with this company. It is obviously a scam.
Caused a traffic jam inside in immense heat making it even hotter during an event, because they needed to scan everyones tickets. We where parked for nearly 1 hour and a half before getting out. They need more people out to scan tickets during events, especially in this heat.
