I prepaid for parking on SpotHero at the 210 S Brevard lot. A few weeks later, I received an $80 bill from Preferred Parking. I’ve sent multiple emails with proof of payment and have yet to receive any acknowledgment.

I paid $100 – you read that right – $100 for Panthers-Bills tailgating parking. I understand game day costs are going to be higher, but no one should break the bank for parking. I understand this higher cost may be due to Bills Mafia traveling well, but paying $100 for a standard parking space is outrageous. On a good note, the tailgating space was amazing. First time visiting Charlotte and PP ruined my experience. They had a broken kiosk and there was no one in sight except the 10-12 homeless folk in the park. I looked to see if I could find anyone and in the less than ten minutes someone was able to place a ticket on my vehicle but wasn’t there to help when I went back and forth to the kiosk twice trying to find out how to pay. Trash company with even worse customer service. I called and asked if anyone could help and they said no find somewhere else to park or we’ll tow you.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Horrible scum/scam of a company. I parked in one of their garages and thought I paid the $13 cost, but it did not go through due to bad service. Explained this and said I would pay the $13. They basically said no, and when I went to pay the $45 violation there was another $5 convince fee, what kind of bs is this. Also their website literally is so suspicious, you can only view your violation on preferred parking.paymynotice.com.
