It's such a shame this company basically has a monopoly on parking in Charlotte. The lots are trash and over priced, the customer service is abysmal, and the website looks like it was made from a word document created in 1997. They are a predatory company that makes it insanely difficult to work with them, then they charge fees if you fail to jump through the hoops that they create in a timely manner. The City of Charlotte needs to intervene against this blight.
I wish I would've saw this before. Horrible business, unhelpful people on their "help" line. I will never support this business again. And I will make sure all of my colleagues know. I was told to "continue getting parking tickets before my monthly pass came in", that I had already paid for. This response was procided rather than providing any help on how to subdue this. I asked to speak to the manager and she sent me to voicemail. Sad people, horrible customer service.
Horribly mismanaged and unsafe. 2 hours to get out of the ramp after a panthers game is ridiculous
Overcharged twice for parking. Sketchy business practices. Best advice for hourly parking … verify hourly rates before parking, make copy of ticket and be prepared to appeal charges onsite. Location was the Church street garage. Seems like a problem spot with numerous unresolved issues.
