Let me tell you about Preferred parking, Firstly, I used to work security for multiple Preferred Parking garages and would do random checks on them in the night, YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE BROKEN INTO. Please understand, this is a common issue at every Preferred Parking site and they do nothing about it, and the people who break into the cars know this as well and nothing will ever be done about, simply because they do not care. While the lot is okay and conveniently located, they overcharge. Although I was there for only a couple hours in the afternoon, because there was a concert downtown that night, they charged me the event rate (good until after 11pm, even through I left about 4pm). There was no sign about what the price would be -- only found out when about to pay -- and it was not specified anywhere on their web site. Rip off!
THEY SUCK. DONT PARK HERE EVER!
Parking service is a complete scam. Received a ticket in lot 302 in NC after being told from An attendant that parking was free on weekends. Then printed off a ticket 2X the actual price that was online. Avoid parking in these lots at ALL costs! Complete scam.
