If you're thinking about using this lot because it's cheaper than the surrounding monthly rates.. DON'T. There's a reason it's cheaper. Last night, I and 4 others had our passenger windows smashed in. No cameras, no gate, and the only security I've ever seen in the several months I've parked there was the one guy who was there when the police arrived, which was called by a woman who also had her window smashed in, NOT by security. The parking is some of the cheapest around, but there is no security to be seen. I came back to my car after work to find my window had been busted out. When looking at the damage it's clear that the criminal had to time go around and pry at both windows before deciding to bust out the window. I had nothing sitting out for people to see. If you're willing to risk no security and vandalism then this place is great.
