Like many others have reported here and on other review sites, Preferred Parking Service, LLC is a scam. We were charged $25 for 1 1/2 hours of parking in the garage at 26 Biltmore Ave in Asheville, NC. The pricing sign at the entrance uses a mix of large and small print, making it easy to miss the information that this garage charges a different rate on different days/times. Horrible company that laughs at you while towing your car.
Biltmore ave parking lot pack square love the workers they are great especially Corey! Such great guy hard working I came in he was power washing the lots it’s great to see someone taking the care and time to clean!
A horrible place to park, lots of vagrants around and they are super quick to tow your car and the towing company associated with them are the worst in asheville. Do not park here. You're lucky if your vehicle doesn't get messed with. Again, don't park here
