5 Star Customer service and pallets are arrive on a timely basis. Easy to communicate with. They pulled through my last supplier could not and at a fair price.
Delivery: 5 Price: 4 Quality: 3 Communication: 0 Organization: 0 Mill goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need in a timely fashion (have recommended). But the broker is very un-organized and creates a lot of confusion. As long as you follow up on your orders and communicate in writing things seem to go OK, but verbal communication and sometimes even written tend to be forgotten. Very eccentric business model, but seems to work for them.
