I am a truck driver who came to pick up an order twice. First time I waited 4hrs to be loaded. When I asked why it took so long, the older lady on forklift told me , you should never ask that question to a forklift driver. What???!!! Second time, I waited 3 hrs for them to start loading. I called to ask what the status was, guy answers the phone with "Hello" (like it's a personal call) then says," last I heard they are working on it." I ask to speak to a supervisor and he hung up!!??
