They replied to all messages, emails, inquiries IMMEDIATELY. Second, their receiving crew WAS THOROUGH, DOCUMENTED DAMAGED and OPENED & INSPECTED CONTENTS so there was no punch job. They caught damage upon delivery, which we replaced asap before installation commenced, and avoided an expensive punch job. We used Preffered for an out of town installation in Chicago as we are based in Philadelphia. Let me just say that we wish they were in Philadelphia and we could use them as our main source for installation. The installation went perfect and their attention to detail was terrific along with all communication along the way. They are definitely a first class organization.
