Website and App constantly down for days and weeks at a time, they have to be doing this on purpose so that you're late on payments/can't file claims. Very ignoring! If this keeps up I'm switching insurance companies.

We received a non-renewal from them after they paid out $200 of a $700 claim as we had a $500 deductible. We had the special insurance for equipment in addition to our homeowners and used it for a boiler/no heat issue. Avoid this company at all costs. If they would do this for $200 after 20 years I would hate to think about a major claim with them. They did us a big favor! Avoid!!!
The company's business is solely based on premium increases mid term and other deceptive business practices. I had a home+auto policy. Two months before renewal, they increased the premium by 48% by adding pool coverage that I never requested. And they backdated it to the beginning of the policy, so even when I canceled all my business with them five days later, they still want me to pay for the canceled policy premium.
