Excellent company, have been working them for 10 plus years.
Very bad company don’t do insurance with them I have Claim with them no one will help you They ignoring any calls or Emails

I would love to give this insurance company zero stars!!! My accident happened over a week and a half ago And I still have not heard anything from anyone. I received a voicemail at 7:27 AM From Ana Wilson Finally this morning. Now I’m Calling her back to back again And still no answer. They have the worst customer service. They don’t care. I recommend any insurance company over this one!
Bare minimum vehicle insurance. Good luck if you ever have an issue or need help with the service you pay for. Couldnt get a call back from an agent. Couldnt get a person to pick up the phone when you need it. Got a reference number after a claim, they then said that number doesnt exist. Rental coverage is poor, communication is poor. Preferred Mutual? Prefer not to have it.
