I could not have asked for a more wonderful moving experience with Pat and his fabulous team! Pat had moved a Piano for me 3 times as I moved from home to home on the Seacoast over the past 10 years, so when I found out I was moving to FL for a new job, he was the first one I called. Horrible experience! Delays, they ruined our furniture and underestimated by $2000. The truck died and they charged us extra because they couldn't back it down the drive. They sent a fill in driver and the contracted labor unloading was great, but they were not affiliated with this company. They offered a settlement of $500 after ruining a $3500 leather couch and many other things. Would not recommend.

This family has used the services of Preferred Movers 4 times in the last several months. Three times local, once into the city of Boston. On all occassions we have not been less than completely pleased. We have happily been able to schedule quickly and our moves have been completed within all time estimates. Our movers have been on time, quick, professional, courteous and completely respectful of our homes and property. We will absolutely rely on Preferred Movers in the future and reccommend them to anyone who asks!

I have used this company at least 4 times within a 5 month time span. Each and every time it has been nothing short of perfection. They have been fast while at the same time making sure everything is packed correctly and safe. When unpacking they always took the time to place everything just where I wanted it and took the time to assemble everything. No task or weight was too much for these guys to handle. Worst movers ever.. I have moved 5 times during last 4 years cos of my work and this time I came across the worst ever movers. I set up the move weeks in advance with them and they confirmed they will be at my place early in the morning (By 8AM) and then deliver it to my new place my 12 noon next day and also got the confirmation call from them day before the move. Having Preferred Movers help my grandmother out with her big move across country was a great experience. They were speedy and efficient and took good care of all of her precious stuff! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had the most horrible experience with this company. Paul the guy who comes out to do the estimate did not give me full quotes, but instead left off the tariffs, taxes and gas fees. He also promised me that my cost would not go above $2,000 to move from NH to PA. What a joke. AFTER they picked up my stuff I got a call where Pat, the owner told me my final cost was $500 OVER the highest quote I got.
