IN THE MIDST OF THE WINTER STORM COMING I CONTACTED MY MOM'S (82) NEW OXYGEN PROVIDER, ROTECH FOR OXYGEN TANKS. THE WORKER STATED EVERYBODY ALREADY CAME UP THERE AND TOOK ALL OF THE OXYGEN TANKS AND NO BAD WEATHER IS EVEN HERE YET SO WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT, CALL THEM AND SHE CAN HAVE 1 BACK UP TANK SINCE SHE HAS AN OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR. Front desk receptionist’s rude attitude got two stars but the technicians that fitted my mask and instructed me on the Cpap were wonderful and got 5 stars
