Was getting new machine through insurance they were very helpful
Had an issue with the power cord to my CPAP machine and they took great care of me to make sure I left with the problem resolved. Even though they were busy, they were very patient and helpful. I can’t tell you the names of all the ladies that helped me but only to say thank you for such great, caring help! You all were awesome!
If I could give zero stars I would! I have asked for my stuff to be picked up FOUR TIMES, yet it still hasn’t been picked up, but they sure can bill me every month.
Extremely rude employees, do not care about patients all they care about is deductible and copays and then never even talk you about it. Office staff is incompetent about their jobs. Had a scheduled pick up for their oxygen and waited all day for pickup, no one showed and then they say it was because I had a balance. Balance after only 10 days. I was very upset and office staff hung up on me. Billing was just as crazy, no one knows their job. Stay away from this company,you will be over billed. I also have never got a bill f... read more
