I know a few of drivers. But the management needs to pay attention to what the drivers say about times a place is opened and when the customer will except freight, weather conditions, and traffic taking extra time to get to/from destinations. And customers are opened earlier then most of the drivers have to report to work but then they want them to get everything delivered and new freight picked up in 5-7 hours.
