Highly recommend! Had Preferred finish the HVAC in my basement.
The heating element in my furnace would ignite the flame, but as soon as it tried to cycle, it would shut off. I got home from work Tuesday at 2AM to my furnace, non-stop cycling. I work second shift and sleep during the day, so I had to go through a cold week. I had today (Friday) off. I called them when they opened and they said they would send somebody out. 2-2.5 hours later they showed up and got it fixed in maybe 20 minutes. The employees were kind and professional, and the two gentlemen who came to our home had so much experience and knowledge.
