Exceptional service and the best product around I highly recommend.
I visited Ed due to great reviews. I would love to leave him a glowing review as well, but I can't. I purchased a mattress - I love it. I also purchased a boxspring at the time that I never received. Here's how it went. At purchase, Ed told me it could take up to 2 weeks to be delivered and "call me in a week". I called in a week. I called in 2 weeks. When I called in 3 weeks, the mattress was delivered but not the boxspring. Ed brought a platform for the mattress in the interim but it is taller than the boxspring so my bedd... read more
I was impressed by the goggle reviews, but the experience didn't live up to the reviews. We bought 2 twin beds, after 2Months both mattresses we felt the springs, which are very uncomfortable. I've called, was promised a copy of the warranty and replacement mattresses. Neither has happened. I prefer to buy from local merchants but no more. We are out $1400. And will have to replace them ourselves because this guy isn't.
Great store. Friendly and very reasonable. We bought 2 beds from here. Owner is Ed. Need a Bed, go see Ed.
