Our company used their concrete, not only did we have to send a truck back due to excessive amounts of sand in their mix that also caused a pump to break down and excessive cracking on the slab , the company a terrible effort to admit any wrongdoing in the sand ratios that eventually led to the job having a bad outcome. The mix was almost a grout mix and it sand locked the pump & crushed the ball. We repeatedly asked our rep to help us with the bill, and he continued to repeat that they admit no wrongdoing.
