I'd give negative stars if I could. Owner of company came out to bid a job. 3 weeks later (a long time to wait) one of the employees shows up, but doesn't know what he is supposed to do and doesn't have any idea on how to hook up a heat pump or a Pentair system. Employee asked me, the home owner, what he is supposed to do and how to setup the electric to support the systems. I had to send the employee away.
