We were upsold on a different home which had less square footage because we needed to be in by September 2024 and the home we were looking at wouldn’t be delivered until after Nov. 1. Upon closing in June 2024 we were informed our home would not be built until Feb 2025. It was actually delivered the first week of December 2024 - there are so many issues with the home itself not including the construction of the home, missing piers. Feb. 10th. Emailed owner and dale again. No response. January 31. Tried reaching out to owner a few weeks ago and still have no response. No one will get us an update on our house and when they will get back to finish everything. No one in that company even deserves the one star I’m having to leave. January 8th. Still nothing has been finished. If you enjoy being lied to and a poor quality home to live in this is the place for you.
