We went in looking for a home and the sale person we worked with was Matthew he was the greatest even helping us outside of business hours our on day he was not even in office we just got moved into our home with just some small details that needed fixing but they are working on getting those fix yes I would recommend this company and ask for Matthew he the best

We were upsold on a different home which had less square footage because we needed to be in by September 2024 and the home we were looking at wouldn’t be delivered until after Nov. 1. Upon closing in June 2024 we were informed our home would not be built until Feb 2025. It was actually delivered the first week of December 2024 - there are so many issues with the home itself not including the construction of the home, missing piers.
