I would not recommend this company at all. They repeat charge you. Send any vehicle they want, they don’t communicate, they don’t care, they don’t respond. They are not trust worthy. The driver Albert was outstanding but even his attempts to console us would not have improved the ride in a cargo box truck 15 person van vs a limo for two heading out for a New Years vacation that I requested and they confirmed. If they thought to communicate and offer an alternative it would have at least provided options but they didn’t.
I used Preferred Limo for a round trip to JFK. They overcharged me charging for 4 trips instead of 2. I called them when the 3rd charge was posted on my credit card and was assured it would be refunded. When I got my next credit card statement not only was it not refunded it was charged again. I have called the billing department twice who dont answer the phone and let messages but never received a return call.
