I have used this financial institution to help me accomplish a couch set back in December/19. I had been paying on time but when Covid 19 struck I began communicating with them to avoid interest and fees. Although I have contacted throughout my difficult time, and been told by several representatives that I would not been charged the deferral interest fees non of what I was told was true.
