This company is a scam. They promised me a home payment of much lower of what the bank proposed to me. We I brought up the issue with them they quickly withdrew my from my account before my scheduled payment. the only thing they did was mail me a loan modification packet (the same one the bank will send you ) and mailed it to them. These people are scamming people out of money people that can not make a mortgage payment. these people need to be in jail

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Since I had a written guarantee, I thought it would be worth a shot - but they were unable to obtain a modification, and then refused to provide me a refund. They state that they worked on my file for too long - but the written guarantee has NOTHING about a length of time limit. BIG SCAM!!!!
