We had Preferred Kitchens project consultant to our home to discuss our project. She spent an hour in our home going over all the details, and promised a project estimate in two weeks. 5 weeks later, we still hadn’t received the estimate. Called to see if she would still be sending, and it was clear that we had completely fallen off the radar. The estimate hadn’t been worked on at all. Everything from picking out the design and colors to hardware, and even additinal matching hardware for an item we had built later was seemless. The team at preferred kitchens takes care of their customers. I am disappointed that they have not been responsive after we parted ways with our builder. We had plans to install a bar later that was designed during our build and have asked for an updated quote so we could use them directly to complete the install.

Preferred kitchens, and specifically John Wangen, has guided us through a major remodel with incredible professionalism, committed and talented sun-contractors and, dare I say it—fun! We are over 3/4 through construction and have had an amazing experience and the finished product promises to be exactly what we hoped for!
