The absolute worse insurance company ever, they take forever to approve anything let alone look at your information I would have to constantly call them to even get answers but even if I do call they refuse to answer don’t bother calling the number that is on here actually don’t bother calling them at all cause all they will do is waste your time
As a provider you deal with all types of people when calling insurance carriers. I don't know what the situation is regarding the staff but if you are talking with a rep either in claims or UM and try to explain a situation they automatically transfer you to the supervisor / Manny. It appears that Manny is either the only one who is capable of solving a situation (which explains the long hold time when transferred to speak with him) or he is a supervisor who needs to control everything. One of the worst experiences of my life. Im switching right away when I am able. So disorganized and not helpful over the phone. Do not let your insurance force you into this medical group is trash.
