As a doc- I was so impressed with the expertise and professionalism. From the front desk to the techs- it is evident that everyone at Akumin loves their job and truly cares for the patients. 6 stars!
The staff was very kind and attentive to my needs.
Not a place I WANTED to visit but a place I HAD to visit for a PET scan (scan for cancer). A’sha, the patient care coordinator, had a great attitude from setting the appointment to checking in. Because she actually cared she made the process less stressful and made the cancer hunting scan bearable. The techs were nice too but they seemed to rush you thru the process - maybe take a lesson from A’sha. Hope you never HAVE to go there but if you do, not a bad place overall.
