I had a visit at Akumin when I took my son for an X-ray. Emma at the front office was very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire visit. I was worried about how much I would need to pay, but she calmly checked my insurance and explained everything with patience. She also checked us in quickly and provided a school excuse note for my son. Thank you, Emma, for your dedication, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!
I had to change location to the Richardson center due to the type is test I was having. They were so nice, even called before and offered me earlier appointment which I was happy to accept. Check in was quick and I didn’t have to wait long and i was done in no time. It was a very positive experience.
They found a way to fit me in. Waited 5 minutes to be seen. Technicians were personable and professional.
Absolutely the best. Respectful, kind, caring and personable. Highly recommended. If I need any other tests I’ll request this location. I have one very close but prefer to drive to the Richardson location.
It was a great experience right from the entrance to the MRI. All were very professional and helpful!
