Your technician is especially wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and completely confident in her ability. I had forgotten to ask for a cd in the beginning so I had to go back. She was so gracious and asked me to have a seat while she prepared it right then. We, the patients, need more like her! Surely, a raise is in order-seriously.

Love Emma at front desk! Failed to get name of gentleman who did my imaging, but he was just that: a gentleman! He was very polite and professional. Made me feel at ease.
The Akumin team was very sweet and helpful during my imaging last week. They let me do a payment plan since I could not afford to pay the full balance at the time of my appointment. Great team all around! I will note that they accidentally charged me early for one of my follow up payments, but as soon as I made them aware of the charge, they reversed it the same day I called them about it and pushed out my next payment date for the trouble.
