As a provider, not being able to get copies of my patients records in a timely matter is a problem. My staff has called this morning, I have called this morning. The phones are not being answered and that's a huge problem when the pt is in my office for his follow up and I can't get his records to review with him. Unacceptable!!!! 7 days is plenty of time for you to send me those results.

I went there, paid for an exam that was never sent to my doctor, I was completely harmed because it was the last ultrasound before my birth and the doctor couldn't see it because Akumin didn't send the right exam to them.
