Poor quality results, doctor said results were not good.
Lack of communication while waiting for a hour just for a MRI. If I didn’t go check to see what’s the hold-up was we will still be sitting here. What’s the point of having appointment??

Front desk staff was great. Billing office is ridiculous. Who has time to wait on hold for 20 callers? Did the call me back option twice. Got no call back. Sent an email. Got no call back. Bill is incorrect and I can’t even talk to anyone. If anyone knows how to get in touch with these people please let me know
