I wish I could give this facility zero stars. I tried to book an MRI appointment on Thursday at the Irving location, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked why she wasn’t responding properly, she became aggressive and hung up on me. I tried calling back three times afterward, but she refused to answer. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare facility.
Great customer service ‘ everytime I walk into this place for any images I recieve the best customer service and greeting from ariana’ she has such a beautiful smile when she greets me and answered all my concerns. Thanks to this young lady for her customer service
Friendly staff and easy to deal with. Meghan and Shelby were excellent. Clean facility. I went through RadiologyAssist and it could not have been easier. Saved me 500.00 versus using insurance.
The worker here called me on Tuesday to make an appointment and so I did, I made the appointment for Friday at 9:15am. On Friday I took my son exactly at 9:10am:10am and when I arrived the person who was at the front desk told me that he did not have an appointment because my son's doctor had cancelled it (this woman was very rude and dismissive) I told her that I had to miss a day of work and my son had to miss a day of school and all she said was "take it up with your doctor" I decided to call my son's doctor and ask him t... read more
