Great place they took my husband and done the MrI same day, he was in extreme pain . Now we’re waiting on results to get sent . Second time we’re using this place and we’re happy with the staff and location . Wonderful people ! Thank you !!

I wish I could give this facility zero stars. I tried to book an MRI appointment on Thursday at the Irving location, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked why she wasn’t responding properly, she became aggressive and hung up on me. I tried calling back three times afterward, but she refused to answer. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare facility.
