Terrible terrible experience. The scan was quick and timely, but getting a radiologist to read the study took 8 days and I HAD to make multiple phone calls on the status. Never an answer, even after it was marked STAT it sat untouched for 4 days.

Never experienced an office so disorganized ! The Front Desk is a joke. Filled out all information online fully as I was required. When I arrived, then I was told I need to have my drivers license and insurance information cards. I questioned that because I had already done everything online however, the girl told me that she could not allow my CT scan without that information. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind overall, but specifically in navigating some complicated insurance issues. They communicated proactively and clearly, helping identify next steps to solve the issue. We had a long way to drive and arrived early - they took us early!! So appreciated since I took time off to take her in. They were sweet to my loved one (elderly, memory issues) and overall, it was as good an experience as you can hope for a medical visit.
Kandice and Janelly at the front desk were incredibly friendly helpful and patient. Got a reminder about my appointment which was great. Facility was clean.
