My wife went in to Frisco location for a brain scan and said the staff was very friendly and pleasant & the facility was clean, warm and inviting.
Excellent experience! The staff was wonderful, my wait time was minimal. Very professional, caring, and answered all of my questions making me very at ease for a procedure I was not familiar with. Definitely recommend them!

My experience was not great still waiting on a stat report that they promised me by end of day yesterday... test was done 07/29 it is now 08/04 a week later And the supervisor will not email, text or call back unacceptable Christi Cross should be fired this is the lowest rated location for a reason.
