They messed up my schedule by telling me the wrong date after rescheduling to another location. Wasted my PTO for this.
Missed billed several times on payment plan…Run away
Be very careful with this company. My neuro scheduled me for an MRI. When Preferred Imaging called to set up the appointment, I asked them, with my insurance plan, how much my part would be because money is tight right now. They called me back and said my part is $170. The insurance pays the rest. I said, does that cover everything...doctor reading it, walking in the front door, all the fine print and I was told yes. Akumin was amazing helping me through incorrect imaging orders. They took the time to ensure I had the imaging I needed by calling my doctor They were kind and patient and answered all of my questions about the imaging and the process. I can't say enough, how appreciative I am.
Watch out!!! My co-pay for my service was only $135.00!! They debited my bank account for - total of $146.25!! Today, I receive an invoice stating the following, “Past Due” and states PAY NOW?????😡😡😡😡😡. I am going to contact United Healthcare and let them know they are double billing!!
