I was so nervous to get an MRI and the girl did a wonderful, a wonderful job of talking me calm.. I had headphones on, listening to music and she would talk to me through those headphones telling me how long, what's next. She was great!!! Also, they took cash and so much less than insurance robbers. Go there!!
Great staff and there is not a long wait. Would recommend them to any one!!
Ordered an ob ultrasound was supposed to have it nov.4th they rescheduled it to nov.20th because the dr was "out sick" so today being november 20th I get a call from them while i was getting ready and what do you know they wanna move it to Dec.4th because the dr is "out sick" again. They are rude on the phone and clearly not professional if it was their baby it would be a hole different ball game. Lucky to get one star.
Horrible. Girl on phone sounded 15. Waited a week for authorization before I called to see what was going on. They had filed directly through Humana. I called Humana and Humana said all they needed was a referral from my pcp, whic I asked them if they needed and was told no, that is the authorization. So I waited a week for nothing. Then they never even followed up with me, completely left me hanging. I went elsewhere and got an appointment for my MRI within 2 days. Called 8/8 first thing in morning to schedule MRI. Told them I had imaging order and asked if I needed a referral from my PCP and was told no, just the imaging order. They gave me appt. for 8/10. 8/9 in the evening the call and say don't come in cause they haven't gotten authorization yet. 8/10 in the evening they call me and say I had a 1:00pm appointment and I was a "no show", and I'm like uh you called me last night and told me not to come in cause you had no authorization. I have been nothing but impressed by everyone at this facility since the first phone call. I hurt my knee 6 months ago and these are the nicest, most accommodating people I have dealt with so far. Very on top of their game. I highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough!
I've had four diagnostic tests performed here in the past 2 weeks. All encounters have been friendly, efficient, and on time. Easy, free parking at the front door. I highly recommend Springfield Diagnostics.
staff is the worst I had an issue cause they lost an X-ray some PR person called me then yelled at me for not agreeing with her
Very nice & friendly they always look very busy but are always quick. And the new was to make an app. by email is great.
