I recently used this location for an two MRI scans and it was my first MRI experience so I started off a little uneasy. The technician Reece could not have been better. You can tell he loves what he does and he not only explained the process but also the workings of the machine among other things. He was very good at taking your mind off the procedure but once you get used to it its no biggie anyway. Great staff for my first MRI!
The Good ,the staff was very welcoming and the wait was very short. The Bad, When my Dr looked at the MRI the resolution was very poor, it should have been 1.5 to 2.0 but is was .85 about half of what it should be. I am having to have a second MRI done before my Dr will operate on my neck. My Dr says he has spoken to Preferred Imaging several times about the poor resolution but They have done nothing to fix it. I will not be going to Preferred for any more imaging. My injury was workmans comp so it did not cost me any money ... read more

Very nice place and very nice staff. This was my second time there. Love the open MRI.They even gave me a disc of my imaging and emailed me my report .
