In Person (face2face): Customer Service is impeccable, professional in a relax setting. Call-In Agent (order taker): Phone etiquette impeccable. It makes you feel good when you feel the person on the other end of the line is genuinely happy to assist you with your order & not in a dull robot mode following a script. At Preferred HomeCare Reno - Their Employees Really Do Care

This company is a joke. Lincare, the parent company, should just put this company out of its misery. The Reno office received a pre-authorization from my insurance 12 months ago for my CPAP machine, but then billed my insurance under the wrong member id. I contacted Preferred Homecare one month ago to advise them of their mistake, and they still have not resolved the issue. Now I cannot order supplies until they get my insurance corrected. Parent company Lincare never gave me the run around or made these kinds of blunders.

I had a fantastic experience here. I was just diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Once my perscribtion was sent over. I called and someone answered with in 3 rings. I told her that I needed it ASAP because I am having heart surgery. She noted it and with in a few hours I got another phone call to set up an appointment to get the devices. I picked it up this morning and was met at the door by Stevie. I was early and she took me back any ways. I requested a Air sense 11 and she got it for me. She was great to work with. i’ve called so many times an no answer finally got someone to pick up all i needed were sensors for my 5 month old sons heart monitor and they said they can’t deliver for over a week absolutely ridiculous i can’t know if my son is breathing and i tried to pick them up i told them i would be there and they refused to give them to me absolutely terrible company a man walked in right before me and they were refusing to give him his wife’s oxygen it sounds to me they are trying to kill people they should be shut down immediately
