I'm having the exact same problem that the other reviewer stated. They have no idea what they are doing, don't care one bit about their customers, and frankly I despise dealing with them!
This business does not know anything about insurance requirements. They keep telling me that I can't get a different CPAP headgear, but I can get a different mask. Now, without the new headgear, I can't use the mask.....They will not work with my insurance company to get approval. They do not listen to what they need to do to take care of this issue, even after my insurance company talked to them about what they need. One person says they have my prescription and another tells me that they don't....Extremely frustrating comp... read more
