Dan is a top-notch mortgage broker. My first time working with him was in 2021 for my first home purchase via a personal referral from my father. My wife and I were looking to move in 2025, and there was only one person I trusted to provide an excellent encore mortgage service... Dan! He, yet again, hit it out of the ballpark and shepherded us successfully through the home loan process.
Dan is amazing! We had a very challenging estate loan to say the least. He was super kind and understanding through out this entire process. Helped us understand all the ins and outs of our loan. His responses were always super quick. He helped us so much through this entire process. If we could, we would give him 10 stars. We would highly recommend his services for any purchase or refinance loan to all our family and friends. Definitely will use him for any of our future needs.
I have now closed two different home loans with Dan and it has been great. He did a wonderful job keeping me informed each step of the way. He is always quick to respond to my messages and email. I will definitely use his services again if I need another home loan.
