Disgusting company.
Great company when it’s convenient for them. The patient is not placed first from an administrative level. They would rather place a patient in a hospital facility for a day, instead of issuing a health care agent overtime pay to work. The company waits till last minute to inform the patient or family they have no coverage. Granted you have your one offs that occur but this happens frequently.
