Bottom of the bucket employees, they do not care for the people they serve. Horrible Company, I would not use them to aid your loved one.
My grand has had a steady flow of incompetent aids throughout Covid. I am hoping it's because of that. Sad when you trust Untrustworthy folks with your family and they don't do right by them.
