This review is in reference to my husband James who recently was a customer of Preferred Hearing Services. Lindsay did an excellent job with the initial examination and diagnosis. After that, everything went downhill. On numerous occasions, we had to inquire as to whether the aids had come in. They’re great at selling you hearing aids. Terrible at servicing after. Can’t get ahold of anyone except receptionist, which is no help at all. Going on 4 months. Still can’t wear. Not adjusted right. Would like my money back.
