I’ve been going to this office for the past two years and I haven’t had to see an ENT as they take care of all my needs, both ear cleaning and audiology. Karen and Kaitlyn have given me outstanding care. Totally satisfied and I highly recommend the practice!
I've been going to see Karen Glickman since 2018 and just had another visit for hearing aids. Karen Glickman is knowledgeable, professional, and so nice to work with. The hearing assessment, Karen's explanation of the results, plus all the features of the hearing aids were explained very thoroughly. I'd highly recommend Karen Glickman for any audiological needs.
AMAZING! If you have never had to deal with any type of hearing lost you are very lucky. I have been so lucky to find Preferred Hearing Center, LLC. They have not only have amazing service they truly take the time to help you understand what to expect. It is nice ot know that we are not just numbers but patients who are treated with dignity.

I have profound hearing lost in my left ear and a cochlear on my right. Due to the cochlear implant, I have been going to Univ Of Maryland Med Ctr for my hearing aid and cochlear needs. Well, one week before I was leaving for an out-of-town trip to attend classes I had paid in excess of $1,000 to take, my hearing aid broke, then my back up aid fell apart.
