I made an appointment for my daughter and she had the pleasure of working with Dr Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn was kind, efficient and very friendly to interact with during the testing. My daughter and I loved Dr Kaitlyn breakdown of the audiology results as well as a clear guidance in terms of options moving forward. We look forward to seeing her again for all my daughters hearing needs🪷
Preferred hearing has been a miracle for me since 2020. They are so thorough, thoughtful and professional. They attend to every detail and I truly know I am in excellent hands. One time one of their employees actually came in on their day off to help me and take care of me. Outstanding!
