AMAZING! If you have never had to deal with any type of hearing lost you are very lucky. I have been so lucky to find Preferred Hearing Center, LLC. They have not only have amazing service they truly take the time to help you understand what to expect. It is nice ot know that we are not just numbers but patients who are treated with dignity.

I have profound hearing lost in my left ear and a cochlear on my right. Due to the cochlear implant, I have been going to Univ Of Maryland Med Ctr for my hearing aid and cochlear needs. Well, one week before I was leaving for an out-of-town trip to attend classes I had paid in excess of $1,000 to take, my hearing aid broke, then my back up aid fell apart. After my Costco pair of hearing aids went bad, I went to Preferred Hearing Center for my second set of hearing aids, I wish I had gone to them the first time. Karen Glickman and her staff are professional and friendly. Karen was thorough in administering my hearing assessment and walked me through all the features of my new hearing aids. Post purchase support has been excellent.
Preferred Hearing Center is wonderful. As a person in their 60's needing hearing aides, it can be a bit overwhelming. Karen is very attentive to your hearing needs, but also getting you over the hump of finally deciding that this is the best thing you can do for yourself. You do not realize what you are missing until you try these new technology hearing aides. Swallow your pride and visit, you won't be disappointed!
