This was the first time using this service. I can't say enough good things about it. He worked around my schedule and took the time to fix everything. A large limb fell on the hood of my F-350 and put a bunch of small dents on it. He fixed them all and even found some I couldn't. Price was very reasonable. Well worth every penny. My husband needed to have a few dents repaired before we turned in our lease vehicle . I searched for someone that could do the job quickly and do the job well. I found Chris at Preferred Hail Group. When I called him he was at the vet with his dog but said he could look at the car there and give us an estimate. So he met my husband and they arranged to have the car dropped off the next day.
