Amazing experience. Called two other companies to come fix my garage door and the people on the phone sounded like they were so bothered to even be called. Called Preferred Garage Doors and was greeting warmly. They sent out a guy (Jeremy) the same day to fix my door. He was amazing; friendly, personable, informative. He told me what fixes might be necessary for my door down the road, but didn't try to get all pushy on me for more repairs than were immediately necessary. Definitely would recommend them.

Garage door unexpectedly broke on us. Jeremey came out within a day, was very communicative, went through all the details and our options and gave us his recommendation. Within a few short hours he was done and our garage was fixed (and our other one tuned). Great service, definitely recommend.
