Jeremy was awesome! He called before arriving and was pleasant and professional from start to finish. I knew my opener was bad and Jeremy took the time to show me just how bad. He upgraded both openers and it’s so nice! So quiet! And cameras, Bluetooth, temperature read out! NICE!!! And affordable!! I absolutely recommend this company and Jeremy! We would highly recommend Preferred Garage Doors and our technician, Conner. A super simple process from the sale to the installation. No high-pressure sales from Conner. He listened to our wish list and ordered us the exact door that we wanted. Conner was on time and the install only took just over a couple hours. Thank you, Conner and Preferred Garage Doors, for replacing our cheap broken door (lesson learned) with a beautiful new garage door!
Connor was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He came to tune up my garage door and quickly got to work checking the springs, bolts etc He answered all my questions, and there was no upselling etc! I can highly recommend Preferred Garage Doors.
Our garage spring broke so we booked an appointment. We were able to book on a Saturday evening and get an appointment Monday morning. Jeremy was our technician that came out. He laid out everything that we needed to get done. Our door has one spring to cut costs when building, he was able to put in 2, fix the cables, and replace our warn out wheels in about 2 hours. Highly recommend going to preferred garage doors for any garage door maintenance needs.
