Friendly people
The place is filthy and quite the eyesore. Landscape is not manicured and the parking lot is not the place to be parking a car you enjoy. I left with scratches on my new car because of very large sticks i wasn't able to see clearly due to the managers personal support poorly parked between space. When the issue was brought to their attention i was cursed at and verbally assaulted

We attribute a lot of our growth to the staff of Preferred. We can always rely on their outstanding customer service. Sheila is truly amazing - her product knowledge, common sense and diligence. The price is lower than any other place in town.
