BE PREPARED ONWER OPERATERS. The level of rudeness displayed by this company is astonishing. There has been no communication regarding the excessive delays we have experienced. I strongly advise against engaging with this company under any circumstances, as the attitudes and compensation are simply not worth it. If I could give negative stars, I would. After being here 4 hours. I get told they are running behind and are actually loading trucks from the previous day. Why would you not let someone know this when they arrived? That there load may not get loaded on their truck today and if so, that it would be later in the day. You want to talk about piss poor management. This is a great example of what Lineage is like across the board. The leadership should be ashamed that their business is run so poorly!
