The appointment was at 8 a.m. and there weren't many trucks at the time of unloading. They unloaded it in 20 min .Everything was smooth and fast ,no problems. Thank you !
My experience was good had 8am appt checked in 7:5am got door right away by 8am was empty just 11 pallets unloading
I got here at 7:30 on a Monday for a 8:00 appointment. I was put in a door immediately. I was done and papers in hand by 9:30. Staff was very professional and friendly. There is a clean bathroom in the lobby. No overnight parking.
Regardless the bad reviews, I had a good experience in here , friendly staff
