No issues getting loaded was a little slow because it wasn't a straight load
Waiting all day when they damaged 2 boxes and had to wait hours for them to find 2 boxes to add to my order. Was hoping to be home by now but no, they couldn't keep their boxes secured!!
This Lineage location is a pleasure to work with. Veronica is especially helpful and professional. I highly recommend this location and enjoy working with all of the staff members.
The reason I rate this company is so low, including other lineage location is because they always are overbooked always complain that they’re behind and that we need to work with them…. It’s sad because we have appointment that they’ve agreed to an appointed time to load us so we can make our deliveries on time. It’s obvious lineage has their own way of doing things.
