The reason I rate this company is so low, including other lineage location is because they always are overbooked always complain that they’re behind and that we need to work with them…. It’s sad because we have appointment that they’ve agreed to an appointed time to load us so we can make our deliveries on time. It’s obvious lineage has their own way of doing things. STAY AWAY DRIVERS, THIS PEOPLE WILL MAKE WASTE YOUR WHOLE DAY, CHEKING IN 10AM FOR PICK UP 16:15 STILL NOT LOADED, CALL ME TO A DOOR 14:30 , IS NOW 16:17 DOORS OPEN SET AT -10 BUT NOT EVEN START TO LOAD ME DO DOORS BEING OPEN TEMPERATURE WOULD NOT LOWER DOWN SO MY REEFER END UP SHOWING A BUNCH OF CODES AND SHUT DOWN. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE. STAY WAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

This Lineage location is really quick unlike the location on Express Lane that is hours behind even with opening loads that backs up everyone else’s deliveries for the day.
