I had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. I paid for a carpet in full up front, was told will be delivered in a few days, paid top dollar (checked the price elsewhere afterward and was cheaper) and the most arrogent people ever. I called every other day to check on the status after a week went by and the guy tells me he will call me when it arrives and hangs up, he does not even want to talk.
