Great outfit been going there for 3 plus years
I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Christopher Highley. No one has been able to help me with my pain, fatigue, weakness and bone pain but he listened to all my problems, asked questions and immediately stopped my knee pain right away in his office. He also put me on med to help my pain short time in order to get sleep which I have not had much of for a long time. I’ve had a pretty mixed experience with Preferred Family Medicine. The office itself is nice, well-priced for what you’re getting, and the back office team and doctors are great—Dr. Highley took care of everything I needed, which I really appreciated. On the other hand, the front office or whomever answered phone,a whole different story. I got through the interview and decided not to go with them. Nobody in the office was wearing masks at the height of the pandemic. When I asked about it the doctor said "well who knows if they even work" to which I responded "well hopefully YOU do". Whether masks work is not a mysterious area of science. What is certain is that refusing masks is anti-science and highly politicized.
