This was my first rehab experience, and honestly it completely changed my view of what rehab was supposed to be like — in the worst way possible. The staff acted stuck up and rude most of the time, and it felt like they looked down on the people there instead of actually trying to help them. Multiple people constantly ran out of their medications for days at a time, which is completely unacceptable in a rehab facility. The place itself was dirty, poorly managed, and stressful to be in. The two ladies at the reception desk were amazing, both professional and courteous. They made me feel very comfortable while waiting for a visit. They both need a raise.
Don’t really understand the low rating of this rehab. The only person willing to change has to be yourself. The only outcomes of this is rehab is SOBRIETY, DEATH OR LASTLY PRISON. They genuinely care about your being and I’m glad that God placed me in the care of these people. I wish nothing but the best for EVERYONE that comes through here but you HAVE to do it for yourself. Kim and Wendy need to be replaced. I've taken thyroid medication for several years, first thing when I wake up in the morning or at least 30 mins before I hv breakfast. Those 2 staff members refused to give me the medication. until 7:30 am, when I woke up at 5 am and wanted to eat some fruit that they have out all the time because they don't serve breakfast until 7am.
