At this point I would give less than 1 star if I could. Upon arrival of court ordered treatment set for a bed date of today, we were told that there were no beds available. After an hour of back and forth, he was able to "stay"To get a call 2 hours later to say he does not "qualify" for his COURT ORDERED treatment. (Mind you we live an hour away) I then drive back and waiting for documents to say that he doesn't qualify to be able to show his lawyer / judge. No real recovery the st Charles location is a joke!!
Worst place I've ever been
First off, I ended up in the situation I was in due to my doctor retiring, and then discrimination by a different doctor. I've been stable for years and there are a lot of places who just aren't equipped, or care to handle patients who are truly in remission. Anyway, so i called this place in a time of *extreme* stress, anxiety and the need for a friendly helpful person to do their job which they did the very first time I called!
