Great service overall, and the new front desk Martine ,she’s a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended .
After only my second visit there, i realized i made a big mistake by coming to this place. The nurses are super rude and all they do is chatter amongst each other as if you, the patient is not even here. They're pompous and unprofessional. Something as simple as getting your blood drawn will take you over an hour, even with an appointment. As a Haitian i am all for supporting my co-patriots, which was my main reason for choosing this location which had listed Dr. Patrick Romeus as the primary Doctor.
