I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Williams for her exceptional expertise in optometry and outstanding professionalism. However, I would advise against purchasing eyeglasses from the optical department due to the high costs, even with insurance. Additionally, I've had issues with the optician, Peggy, regarding unreturned phone calls and voicemails about my glasses. Dr. Williams is wonderful however, her receotion staff needs to be retrained. I was trying to get clarity on my annual exam visit and they gave me sn outrageous price. Of course i asked for an itemization and at that point that dropped the orice by $30 and hyped another part uo even higher. They told me i had made changes in im insurance coverage and one if them was overtalking me. I am mist capable of asking the necessary questions and know when i am getting bogus answers.
