Dr. Williams is wonderful however, her receotion staff needs to be retrained. I was trying to get clarity on my annual exam visit and they gave me sn outrageous price. Of course i asked for an itemization and at that point that dropped the orice by $30 and hyped another part uo even higher. They told me i had made changes in im insurance coverage and one if them was overtalking me. I am mist capable of asking the necessary questions and know when i am getting bogus answers.
