Bill gave us an estimate on new siding for our house. He understood our desire to get the house looking good to sell, but also wanting to minimize cost. His suggestions were helpful and the quote was very thorough. I appreciated that everything was spelled out in the quote and nothing was left to question. It seems like they really stand behind their work.
I reached out to Bill in a pinch and needed someone that had a history with vinyl siding (inspection report with response due in 24 hours). He responded immediately and gave me his professional opinion and the reasoning behind it. His recommendation meant no job for him but he gave it to me straight anyway. When the time does come for siding, he will be my first call.
We very highly recommend Preferred Exteriors. We recently hired them to address wood rot around windows on our west-facing wall (two stories) and on our custom/craftsman style column supporting our roof.
