We hired Preferred Exteriors to remove old (real) stucco siding and replace it with Hardy siding recent and were very happy with every aspect of the project. In short, we'd highly recommend working with Preferred Exteriors if you're looking for a similar project (or any siding replacement). Communications were excellent. I chose Preferred Exteriors because of approach Bill used to determine how much I needed, as he progressed with my residing project. His price quote was given in two levels: one that would get me by and one that would preserve this house for the next generation. I chose the latter, as it will hand down to family. A 1996 double wide mobile home with deteriorating siding (in spite of the best paint I could apply around 2006), that small birds could peck holes through to nest behind the siding!
