This is a family owned business and they are seriously the best. Bill is always on top of it, very kind and professional. We had dry rot and they took care of it so quickly and our house looks so much better. Thank you!! We will be using them again, living in an older home there is always something!

I was in need of siding repair. I spoke with the owner, Bill, who was extremely helpful and honest. He felt my project was too small for him, but he guided me in the right direction. I am very appreciative of his time, and if and when that bigger project happens, I will be calling him.

I called Preferred Exteriors with an urgent need for an estimate for replacement of the rotting siding on a house I am buying. Understanding the need for the information in a short time frame Bill met me at the house the next day to do an inspection and estimate for new Hardie Plank siding. Bill is a great at communicating promptly. When I texted him at 7pm, thinking that he would get back to me in the morning, he called me right back to answer all my questions. I am very happy with my experience with Preferred Exteriors.

Preferred Exteriors was super helpful providing us very quick bid to replace the rotting siding with Hardie Plank on a home we are purchasing. He was very good explaining the issues with our current siding. Communication was easy with prompt responses. We initially texted, as it was after hours, but he called us right back to talk on the phone, which was very appreciated and more convenient for us.
